Birthday

It’s my anniversary!

I launched Pearadise Island 5 years ago- when my youngest, Aaron started school. Time flies when you’re having fun! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your continued support 🙏

I came across this fabric appropriately titled ‘Birthday’ and knew I had to make bags for the occasion. 3 paint stroke canvases in Cotton Candy, Water, and Black Metallic are available now!

NEW IN: BASKETS

A beautifully structured basket to store a variety of items. Yarn of course, but also great for diapers, stationary and more!

This is a modified Divided basket pattern by Noodlehead. It features two small pockets in the front, premium vegetable-tanned leather from Italy that will produce a gorgeous patina, and rivets.

Elixir collection

Hello! I hope you had a fantastic summer. Kids are back to school (yay!) and I’m excited to get back in the studio.

I have a new collection, ELIXIR, coming to the shop very soon. Available in 3 colors (from L-R): peach cream salon, ocean libations, and cactus libations:

This collection is only available in the smaller, 1 skein bag.

As always, there is a zippered pocket in the back for your notions.

Quantities are limited for the zipper bags and once they’re gone, they’re gone! For this update, only the Knit and Sheep bags are available in this style.

Hello, new colors!

I’m so excited to add blue and grey linen to my fabrics. I had just a few left over from KW which is now available in the shop.

These are going to be a regular so more soon!

The blue linen comes with brown details – the ink, the zipper, and the drawstring cord.

And the grey linen comes with white details.

The zipper pulls for the larger bags comes in a natural and medium brown leather.

The sheep design is currently only available in grey but is coming soon in blue as well.

*Please allow 2-3 weeks production time. Estimated shipping date is Dec. 8. You will be notified via email when it ships.

If you are purchasing the item as a gift and would like me to gift wrap for you, just let me know! I can also ship it directly to the recipient. 

Canada post’s suggested mailing dates for this holiday season are:

I appreciate your enthusiasm and words of encouragement about my work! It’s not easy to put yourself out there and I am overwhelmed with the love everyone has shown me these past few weeks.

Opening a shop has been a dream of mine ever since I fell in love with knitting.

I can’t believe it’s finally here!

I am the maker, the designer (albeit I can’t draw if my life depended on it and that’s where my hubby comes in :)) the photographer, the marketer, the copywriter, the webmaster (hubby helps there too),  the customer service representative, the accounting department, the shipper, AND a mama to 3. Phew!

This is handmade.
